Delivery Cost

- Free standard shipping available on all domestic orders of and above $80 AUD. Orders under $80 AUD will incur a flat standard shipping fee of $6 AUD.

- Free express shipping available on all domestic orders of and above $150 AUD. Express shipping is availabe for $10 AUD.

To be eligible for free shipping, the total order amount must be after discounts are applied. All prices will be shown upon checkout.

Delivery Times

- 3-7 business days for standard shipping within Australia (allow 8-10 business days for rural areas).

- 1-2 business days for express shipping within Australia (allow 3-4 business days for rural areas).

The above times are approximate only, although we aim to meet the delivery times we are not liable for any delays that occur once your package is with the courier. Please bear in mind the above times do not include the 1-2 business days processing times.

- Standard shipping is available for $10 AUD and takes 4-7 business days for delivery.

- Express shipping is available for $20 AUD and takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

All orders are processed either on the same or next business day after you place your order. Please bear in mind that during busy or holiday periods dispatch times can be longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped. It can take up to 72 hours after shipment for the carrier to activate tracking in some circumstances.

Deliveries to countries outside of Australia may incur customs taxes and import duties once the package has reached its destination country. These charges are not set by Nudo™ Beauty and we have no control over them.

The customer must pay these charges in order to receive their goods, refusing to pay will result in your order being returned to us. The original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
